代々木上原のモスク、東京ジャーミィ

代々木上原にあるイスラム教のモスク「東京ジャーミィ」の紹介です。


宗教のことは、よくわからないのですが、ここのモスク、とにかく美しいのです。




蛇口のデザインも素敵です。




取っ手も






天井も綺麗！




大好きな色、青も多くて、新しいカメラを手に入れると、撮りに行きたくなる場所です。








そして、中・・・


礼拝堂、一歩足を踏む入れると、その美しさに、毎度、ハッとさせられます。




うっとりです・・・。

昔、泥棒さんが背負っている“風呂敷包み”の柄は「唐草」でしたが、その原型となったのはこれですね＾＾；）

代々木にこんな場所があるんですね〜。
東京は内容が多いせいか、面積は狭くても広い世界に感じますね。

入り口で貸してくれるようです。

トルコ政府のバックアップの元、再建されたようです。設計者もトルコの方。
内外装の部材もトルコから取り寄せ、トルコの職人によって仕上げられたそうです。

訪れたのは日曜日だったのですが、礼拝堂の中に係の方（お寺でいうとお坊さん、住職？）がいらっしゃって、いろいろと説明してくださいました。それぞれのデザインに意味があるのでしょうね。

ハングルのカリグラフィーを見た時も美しいと思いましたが、アラビア文字もそれ自体が美しい流れを持っていますね。
ヨーロッパの昔の建物にもアラビア語圏の文化の影響を受けたもの、様式が混在するものを見かけましたが、ここは状態の良さも加わってより一層綺麗に見えますね。
