原茂ワイナリーで葡萄を堪能 勝沼2 [勝沼]
今回のお目当てのひとつ、原茂ワイナリーのカフェランチ。
母屋の2Ｆのカフェは、大人気のようで、40分待ちだとのこと・・・・。
待ってる間、ワイナリーを探検？です。
母屋の１Ｆはワインショップ。
そしてこちらのワインショップ、試飲しながらワインを選べます。
本日の試飲リストです。
暑い日には、さっぱりした白ワインが美味です。
酔っぱらう前に、庭の方にも、行ってみましょう。
朝採り野菜の販売コーナーだ！
パプリカとおくらかな・・・。共に美味そうでした。
庭の方のカフェで葡萄ジュースを飲んでみました。
葡萄を下から眺めながら、葡萄ジュースを堪能です。
ワイナリーですが、ぶどう狩りもやっているようでした。
ぶどう狩りに使うハサミ、繊細なものでした。
持って見るとこんな感じ。使いやすそうなハサミです。
その脇には、葡萄の販売所も・・・。
最後のひと房の「藤稔」をＧＥＴ也！
でっかい粒、そして美味也！
そろそろ、カフェに入れそうかな・・・・。

私は ワインは基本的に赤ワインのフルボディタイプの辛口が好きです
白ワインは 酸味が強いタイプが多いので 軽い爽やかな辛口タイプが好きです

僕も基本的に赤ワイン派なんですが、暑い夏は、キンキンに冷やした辛口の白ワインもいいものですね。こちらの白ワイン、辛口ばかりでした。

葡萄美味しいですね。最近、スーパーでも多くの種類の葡萄が買えるようになりました。藤稔とナガノパープルが最近好きです。

ぶどう、藤稔、大好きなんですよ。糖度はそんなに高くないんですが、さっぱりジューシーで美味しいです。ここの葡萄、大きな粒でとても美味しかったです。
