2011春の京都21 南禅寺

「岡崎桜回廊十石舟めぐり」の乗り場へ・・・。インクラインでまったりしすぎて、受付開始時刻9：15から30分の遅れでした。9：30から15分毎に出発する舟も、その時点で11時の舟とのこと。予約すると10分前に乗り場に来てくださいということで、1時間ほどの空き時間。近くの「南禅寺」へ行くことに。


日本の禅寺の中で最も高い格式をもつお寺「南禅寺」。


石川五右衛門の「絶景かな絶景かな・・・」の科白で知られる「三門」の絶景でもと・・・。
京都三大門のひとつに数えられている「三門」です。




「三門」からの絶景でも・・・。高い所に登ると「ジオラマ」で撮りたくなりますね。








甍の模様は、やはり綺麗だなぁ。


桜も綺麗でした。




1628年建造の「三門」。細部の装飾も時を重ねて趣き深いものになっています。






続いて琵琶湖疏水の「水路閣」へ。ここもサスペンスでおなじみの場所ですね。




上に登って疏水の流れも見ておきましょう・・・。ここから続く散策路、いつか辿ってみたいものです。


そろそろ時間が迫ってきました。苔や散った桜の花びらを眺めつつ、南禅寺を後にしました。いつ来ても落ち着けるお寺です。
