お正月、宇佐神宮へ初詣！

31日、九州に帰省いたしました。そして、お正月！

お正月と言えば、お餅です。こちら九州は丸餅です。


元日、宇佐神宮に初詣に行ってきました。


今シーズンの紅葉、九州でもあまり綺麗ではなかったよう・・・。この木も楓なのだけど、赤くない・・・。


宇佐神宮（宇佐八幡神宮とも）は、全国に４万社以上ある八幡宮の総本宮になります。




こちらのお宮では、お参りは「二礼、四拍、一礼」というきまりです。


本殿には、三つの社。同じのが三つ並んでます。




上宮のご神木也


こんな大きな木です。


両手を付いて、お祈りです。


宇佐神宮、上宮、下宮の六つの社の他にもたくさんの社があります。
上宮の並びの、こちらの社。毎年、来ているというのに、今年初めて気づいた社です・・・。


おみくじ、今年は、干支みくじをひいてみました。
下の紫のヒモを引っ張ると、みくじがでてきます。　　　結果は、見事大吉でした。


下宮へ・・・。


ペコリ、ペコリ。パンパン、パンパン。ペコリ。


下宮から降ってくると、神楽を待ってました。
出番を待ってる龍？　ヤマタノオロチかも・・・。


サザンカ、咲いてました。（これサザンカですよね？）




その前は、大きな蓮の池。


花の時期は、麗なんだろうな・・・。


境内には、ぎっしり露天が並んでいます。






お参りに来ると最初に渡る橋。この橋で躓くとよくないことが起こると昔言われて、
小さい頃は、ちょっとおっかなかった橋です。


下に流れる川には、鯉が悠々と・・・。太った鯉も多かった！

宇佐神宮で初詣、私も20年ほど前に一度、初詣に行ったことがあります。

参道が長くて、本殿までの道のりを、相当な時間かけて歩いた記憶があります。
