六本木ヒルズ、森アーツセンターギャラリーで開催中の「パリの夢 モラヴィアの祈り ミュシャ」展へ。

アール・ヌーヴォーの代表的な作家アルフォンス・ミュシャ（1860-1939）の展覧会。
「本屋で無料配布されているしおりなどで、よく使われてる人ね」くらいに思っていた作家だったのですが、プラハのミュシャ美術館やプラハ城内の聖ヴィート大聖堂のステンドグラス作品などを観て、考えを一変させられた偉大なるクリエーターです。
日本でも人気の作家で、何度か回顧展も行われていたようですが、「これまでの展覧会とは一線を画し、ミュシャの芸術家としての功績を通じて、作品のみならず、作家のコンセプトや芸術理念、さらには思想を考察するという斬新なものです。」（主催者）とのことなので、これまでの展覧会を観たことがある方も、足を運ぶ価値があるかもしれません。
彼のパステル画、いいです。
展覧会は、5/19まで。この後、6/1-8/11に新潟、10/26-1/5松山、2014/1/18-3/23仙台、4/5-6/15北海道と巡回するようです。

ラファエロ、500年めにして初めての来日だそうです。大規模なものは、ヨーロッパ以外では、初めてらしい・・・。見逃すと、一生お目にかかれないものなんでしょうね。西洋美術館、収蔵作品も素晴らしいので、見に行きたいです。
