熊野古道とお伊勢詣で 3日目 2009.11

今回の旅行の最終日
帰りの時間もあるので、半日でのお「伊勢詣で」でした。外宮、内宮は結構離れている上、それぞれが広いので駆け足の訪問となりました。
伊勢神宮は、正式名称は「神宮」。天照大神を祀る皇大神宮（内宮）と豊受大神を祀る豊受大神宮（外宮）の総称です。
それぞれの大神宮には、別宮や末社など、関連する宮社が本宮と合わせて125もあるという広大で壮大なお宮です。
外宮から、内宮へとお参りするのが作法と言われていますが、本来は、外宮の前に「二見浦」で禊をしてから、外宮へ向かうのが正式だそう。

そんなわけで、今回は、「二見浦」→「外宮」→「内宮」と駆け足で廻りました。
途中、「猿田彦神社」「月読宮」、昔の遊郭の名残として唯一残る「麻吉旅館」などを見ることができました。

そんなわけで、夫婦岩で有名な「二見浦」です。


二見浦の「二見興玉神社」は、「猿田彦神社」と同じく、神様たちの伊勢への道案内を勤めた「猿田彦大神」が祭られています。
この神のお使いは、カエルとされていて、境内にはたくさんのカエルの塑像がありました。

道案内をしたということで、「方位」や「道開き（導き）」の神とされています。


そして「外宮」。広大な森の中に「気」が溢れています。











外宮と内宮の本殿は、「唯一神明造」。高床式の独特の様式です。



遊郭の名残り、麻吉旅館。今でも泊まれます。


訪れた11/23は、「新嘗祭」にあたり、多くの人々で賑わっている中、奉納儀式が行われていました。
ちかくの「おかげ横丁」もすごい人出でした。かの「赤福」本店もここにあります。





今回は、半日ということで、駆け足の訪問でしたが、次回は、少なくとも2,3日かけてゆっくり回りたいと思いました。伊勢神宮内宮の創建は、紀元前4年ということで、実に2000年以上の歴史を誇っています。熊野もそうですが、まさに神話の世界です。
その年月をかけて、受け継がれているもの、を考えながら再訪しようと思います。
